NEO was initially launched as a Sprint Authorized Business Dealership with territories in Northeast Ohio in 2017 by entrepreneur Karnchea Barchue. By 2018, NEO had gained both community and nationwide recognition, with Karnchea receiving the coveted "Business Person of the Year" award from Alignable.
Following the T-Mobile and Sprint merger, NEO expanded its services by partnering with major providers like Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum, Comcast, and Cox Business, transforming itself into a multi-service business solutions provider.
What sets NEO apart from other carriers is its concierge-style service. Karnchea recognized that this level of service could benefit not only businesses but consumers as well. As a result, NEO expanded into the consumer market and now operates as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) servicing all 50 states in the United States of America.
