  • Why is NEO Business Wireless the right fit for me?

    NEO Business Wireless is a postpaid wireless service provider that runs on the nation's largest 5G network. We offer no credit checks and report to business and consumer credit bureaus, without compromising our quality service! We are proud to be an American and Minority-Owned and operated company since 2017.

  • Which credit bureaus do you report to?

    • Business plans report to D&B, Experian, Equifax, and LexisNexis
    • Consumer plans report to Experian, Equifax, and Transunion
  • What about your plans? Are they real?

    Yes they are 100% real! We want our customers to be able to purchase our plans on any platform.

  • Can I purchase a plan now and activate later?

    No! Services are postpaid which means you will be billed 30 days after starting your service whether you use the services or not.

  • Can I use Mobile Hotspot with my plan?

    All plans include Mobile Hotspot but please note that using your Mobile Hotspot does use your 4G LTE and 5G data.

  • After my first year of service is up will I be able to renew at the same price?

    You bet! In fact, we will give you a $5 per month bill credit for the following year for up to 3

    years.

  • Will my data get turned off once I reach my GB limit?

    No, we are a post paid and not prepaid service so data speeds are reduced during network congestion or after monthly allotment.

  • Can I send picture messages (MMS) with NEO Business Wireless?

    Yes, all plans have unlimited MMS data.

  • Does Wi-Fi calling work with these plans?

    Yes, our plans all have Wi-Fi calling enabled. You will just need to check that your device is compatible with Wi-Fi calling.

  • Can I make calls outside of the US?

    Yes, please contact support to have this feature turned on. Additional fees may apply.

  • Can I pause my service?

    You can pause services for 30 days with a reduced payment on your account.

  • I lost my phone! Can I get a replacement SIM card?

    Of course, you can! Just send us a message or give us a call and we will get you a new SIM card with the same phone number.

  • What if I am having an issue with my service?

    Contact us! We are always happy to help, even with the small stuff. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to reach out!

  • What items are covered?

    Your Plan covers just about any of your everyday personal items, from electronics to clothes to sports gear. Once registered, you can select one (1) phone + any 25 of your eligible belongings to loading into your account for protection. Your items can be swapped out whenever you’d like.

    Phones (limit of 1 per account), laptops, tablets, smartwatches, TVs, desktop computers, monitors, etc.


    Photography & Video Equipment


    Cameras, lenses, accessories, tripods, gimbals, etc.


    Audio & Music Gear


    Speakers, electronic music instruments, DJ equipment, headphones, musical instruments, etc.


    Gaming


    Video game consoles, controllers, peripherals, VR, etc.


    Personal Transportation (Non-Motorized)


    Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, unicycles 


    Sports & Recreational Gear


    Skis, snowboards, golf clubs, tennis rackets, camping/climbing equipment, etc.


    Clothing & Accessories


    Clothes, jackets, shoes, sunglasses, watches, jewelry, etc.

    NOTE: All plans are per individual and will only cover items owned by the plan-holder. Plans cannot be shared with family or friends.


    Adult and Student Plan account protect a maximum of one (1) phone. To cover additional phones, purchase additional adult or student plans. There are no quantity limits for other personal electronics and eligible items you want to add to your account.


    Multiple plans may be purchased at a discount with billing bundled together!

  • Why is this such a great deal?

    In short, it’s because our technology makes facilitating and managing protection for your stuff more efficient and less expensive. Typical insurers charge high fees on insurance and protection plans because of the work involved in processing policies and claims, plus the cost of advertising and marketing.


    We are changing the game by providing reliable and affordable protection that’s simple and all-inclusive. We’ve eliminated the need for you to spend money on the protection plans, extended warranties, and insurance add-ons that retailers, phone companies, and others use to pad their bottom lines. And because all your protection is in one place instead of being spread across multiple plans from multiple companies, the process of making a claim is drastically simpler. 

  • Doesn't my existing renters or homeowners insurance protect me already?

    Renters or homeowners insurance will not protect your items against:

    1. Accidental damage (like drops)
    2. Cracked screens
    3. Spills & liquid submersion

    Of course, accidents like these happen. If you drop your phone without a protection plan, you’ll be on your own for the screen replacement, which could cost up to $250. But with our plan, your coverage would nearly pay for itself within the first year!


    Renters and homeowners policies do cover theft; however, your policy will typically have a $250 – $1,000 deductible. Furthermore, if you make a claim through those policies, your rates may increase because the claim gets reported and added to the equivalent of your “credit score” for insurance.


    So would it ever really be worth it to make a renters insurance claim if your $800 smartphone got stolen? Probably not. But with a low-deductible plan (deductibles as low as $29 and never more than $99), the entire cost of repairing or replacing your device will be covered! Equally importantly, your rates will never go up, no matter how many claims you make.


    Finally, as many people learn the hard way, auto insurance does not cover items stolen during vehicle break-ins; it will only cover damage to the vehicle itself. However, an AKKO plan will cover your items if they’re stolen or damaged in a break-in, and you’ll still only pay your deductible. 

  • What's not covered?

    We do not cover furniture, automobile, motorcycle, boat, motors, aircraft, or aircraft parts (including drones) or any type of motorized land vehicle or other conveyances or their accessories (including car stereos, GPS navigation devices, keyless entry), money in currency or coin, evidence of debt, letters of credit, passport documents, notes, securities, transportation tickets or any other tickets, pharmaceuticals, prescription or over- the-counter, artwork, professional or amateur, antiques or collectibles, animals, firearms or ammunition, salesman samples, contact lenses, keys, artificial teeth or limbs, or merchandise for sale, forms of identification, including student ID’s and driver’s licenses.


    Reimbursement for jewelry, watches, rings and other items consisting of gold, silver, platinum, or furs is limited to $1,000.00 for anyone incident of loss.


    Reimbursement for bicycles is limited to $1,000.


    Property in a personally owned automobile is protected, provided that the vehicle was locked and windows are fully closed at the time of the theft and there was visible evidence of forced entry into the vehicle.


    Surfboards are protected from theft and damage due to mishandling on airlines, accidental damage from non-airline transportation, or use/handling not included.


    Appliances: only counter-top appliances such as blenders, coffee makers, toasters, or microwaves are protected. Appliances that are wall-mounted or integrated into cabinetry or have any types of utility hookups such as gas or water are not covered.


    Handheld/portable power tools are covered only against accidental damage and theft.

  • What is the refer a friend program?

    Refer a Friend is the NEO Business Wireless referral program in which you and a friend get a $10 credit for each referral to NEO Business Wireless.

  • When are credits applied to my account?

    When the person referred activates their Wireless service your rewards credit will be received within 1-7 business days.

  • Do I get a referral credit if I just tell a friend about NEO Business Wireless?

    No. You need to use your referral link.

  • How many people can I refer?

    You can refer up to 10 people per month, which is a total of 120 referrals per year = $1,200 per year

  • What is Postpaid Wireless Service?

    Postpaid wireless service involves paying for your service at the end of the month, reflecting

    your data usage. With postpaid plans, you receive a monthly bill and pay for your service after

    you've used it.

  • How can NEO Business Wireless provide this service at such a low price?

    Purchasing a yearlong plan is like buying in bulk at the store! The more you buy, the more you save.

  • How do I know if NEO Business Wireless has good coverage in my area?

    Just scroll to the top of our website, click Coverage, and type in your address!

  • What if I want a new phone number?

    We can make that happen! Just find the plan that fits your needs and we will send you a SIM card that gives you a phone number with an area code matching your zip code.

  • Can I use my current phone with NEO Business Wireless?

    Of course! Once you pick the plan that is right for you, we send you a SIM card and the swap is

    easy!


    A few things to keep in mind:


    1. The phone needs to be network unlocked or a T-Mobile phone. Network unlocked means your

    phone will work on any network.


    2. The phone needs to be a GSM device. That means you have to be able to insert a SIM card

    into it. If you don't know if your phone is a GSM device, contact your current carrier or reach out

    to us for help! We can also do E-SIM with newer model smartphones.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my new SIM card?

    We have a one business day handling time and then we ship using USPS First Class Package Priority (at no cost to you!). You should receive your SIM card within 2-3 days. We always provide tracking regardless of where you order our products from.

  • How do I insert my new SIM card?

    This all depends on the device you are using. Our SIM cards fit every type of phone; you will just need to punch out the size that fits your phone. We always recommend looking online for specifics about your mobile device. If you ever have any questions or if you are having a hard time inserting your SIM card, please reach out to us!   • How do I activate my NEO Business Wireless service?

    We made the activation process super simple! Once you have your SIM card inserted, make a call to any phone number. Once that first call is made you are ready to start using your new NEO Business Wireless service!
