NEO Business Wireless was founded by entrepreneur Karnchea Barchue in 2017 and is headquartered in Canton, Ohio. Now a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), the company offers concierge-style services for business owners and consumers alike.

The unique benefit that NEO offers for business owners is tradeline reporting. They are the only service provider that reports all plan and device lease payments  as a financial line to D&B, Experian, Equifax, and LexisNexis businesses and Experian, Equifax, and Transunion for consumers.

NEO initially started as a Sprint Authorized Business Dealership with territories in Northeast Ohio. Word quickly spread, and in 2018, the NEO Business Wireless Team was awarded "Business Person of the Year" by Alignable. Shortly after, there was a merger with T-Mobile and Sprint, which allowed NEO to join forces with Verizon and AT&T as well. Spectrum, Comcast, and Cox Business would also follow suit. This positioned NEO Business Wireless as a multi-service business solutions provider.
