Enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program with NEO Business Wireless

You can ENROLL in the long term Affordable Connectivity Program with NEO Business Wireless using your National Verifier Application ID. You will receive a Free Smartphone if you purchase a $60 plan and are a new NEO Business Wireless Customer and a $30 Monthly Service plan covered by the Affordable Connectivity Program until the program ends. You may use the Affordable Connectivity Progam $30.00 monthly benefit as a discount on any NEO Business Wireless monthly service plan however you will be required to pay the difference.

New NEO Wireless Customers will Receive a Free SIM Card with a New Phone Number

I qualify for the ACP Program, want the $60 plan and I would like to receive a SIM Card with a New Number from NEO Business Wireless.

I consent to enroll in or transfer any existing ACP/EBB benefits to NEO Business Wireless.

I acknowledge that the Affordable Connectivity Program is a Government program that reduces my broadband internet service bill.

I am choosing NEO Business Wireless Wireless for my ACP supI understand that may obtain the ACP benefit from any participating provider.

I understand that my household will have services at the same terms available to households that are not eligible for the ACP supported service.

I understand that services may disconnect the household's ACP supported service after 90 consecutive days of non-payment.

I acknowledge that my household will be subject to undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions if the ACP program ends.

I understand I do not need to accept or purchase a connected device to enroll in the program.

I am aware the ACP benefit and to not have my service disconnected I know I must use this benefit at least once a month.

I'm aware that I must use the service at least once per month to continue my ACP benefit or my service will be de-enrolled from the program.
